Defective Products

  • We do not accept any refunds on defective products.

  • We only offer replacements on defective products.

  • You must send back your defective product/s before a replacement can be issued.

  • Delivery cost to send defective product/s will be covered by you, the customer.

  • Once defective item/s have been received by us, the seller, we will refund your delivery cost.

  • Defective products must be sent back within 30 days of purchase.

  • To arrange a replacement service, please email with your order number and issue.
